Aufgaben

• Record entries accurately in flow sheets, notes, and charts per policy.
• Measure and record temperatures, pulse, and respirations.
• Provide care to adult geriatric patients and use equipment per manual.
• Assist with ADLs, hygiene, feeding, and meal monitoring.
• Turn/position patient every 2 hours; assist with bowel/bladder functions.
• Respond to call bells promptly and adhere to safety procedures.
• Assist with dying patient care and postmortem care per policy.
• Assist with catheter care and ambulation as instructed by clinical staff.
• Support patients with mobility and transfer using proper body mechanics.
