Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification issued by state where services are provided or due within three (3) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts per policy.
• Measure and record temperatures, pulse, respirations.
• Provide care based on age-specific standards for adults.
• Use vital signs equipment, scales, oxygen tanks, and related devices.
• Assist patients with daily hygiene and ADL activities.
• Assist with feeding and meal trays; record intake.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and moving patients.
• Report any patient abuse or accidents per policy.
• Provide catheter care as needed per policy.
