CommuniCare Family of Companies seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to supervise PHP clinical operations across West Virginia facilities, with travel as needed. The PHP Director of Clinical Operations leads staff, training, performance management, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality primary care in a patient-centered model.

• MSN, DNP, or NP certificate with active, unrestricted license.
