Randall Residence of Decatur is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities, dining, and personal care. The role emphasizes empathy, respect, and HIPAA compliance while supporting a safe, clean, and dignified living environment.

Our team works collaboratively to respond to resident needs, coordinate with supervisors, and participate in trainings to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents and families in our community.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Checks on residents and communicates changes in health or emotional wellbeing to supervisor.
• Assists in dining room service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner as needed.
• Performs light housekeeping and laundry duties to keep resident areas clean and sanitary.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents, families, visitors, and associates.
• Responds promptly to resident requests for assistance and documents any significant observations.
