Randall Residence of Decatur is seeking compassionate aides to support residents with daily living activities and dignity in care. You will assist with dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, and hygiene, while promoting independence and respect.

Responsibilities include dining assistance, light housekeeping and laundry, activity participation, and timely communication with residents, families, and supervisors. HIPAA compliance and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and memos.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, and hygiene.
• Serve residents in dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment including light housekeeping and laundry.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health and emotional wellbeing to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and communicate with residents, families, and visitors.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and participate in trainings as required.
