Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Personal Care in Monument Valley seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will assess residents, develop and update care plans, and administer nursing care per individualized plans, while supervising CNAs and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Utah RN license, demonstrates strong assessment and decision-making skills, and communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN license, unencumbered.
• Clinical assessment skills relevant to the position.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including email.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care according to plans.
• Supervise CNAs and care team members.
• Make independent nursing decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation.
• Follow CMS and long-term care guidelines.
