Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Personal Care in Utah is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Moab/Woods Cross team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and administer nursing care while coordinating with CNAs and the care team to ensure individualized, high-quality care.

The role requires an active Utah RN license, strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills. CMS vaccination compliance is part of the position.

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN license required.
• Clinical assessment skills essential.
• Ability to make independent decisions as needed.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures and long-term care regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to work within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Basic computer skills including email.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide individualized nursing care.
• Develop and update care plans for residents.
• Administer nursing care according to plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff.
• Make independent nursing decisions when required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate resident care documentation and communication.
• Follow nursing practices and long-term care guidelines.
