Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Personal Care in Utah is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Moab/Woods Cross team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and administer nursing care while coordinating with CNAs and the care team to ensure individualized, high-quality care.

The role requires an active Utah RN license, strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills. CMS vaccination compliance is part of the position.

Qualifications

Rocky Mountain Care Personal Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Moab area. In this role, you’ll provide nursing care to a group of residents while working closely with CNAs and other members of the care team to support high-quality, individualized care.

What You’ll Do

• Assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing care
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Administer nursing care according to resident needs and established plans
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
• Make independent nursing decisions when circumstances require
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation related to resident care
• Follow applicable nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and facility guidelines
