Abode Care Partners seeks a clinical physician lead to supervise, guide and practice medicine for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, with additional duties in home-based care. You will model ethical decision-making and collaborate with interprofessional teams under the CMO's supervision.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited medical school and is a Doctor of Medicine.
• Two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare.
• Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred.

• Provides high-quality complex and geriatric care to residents and patients across settings.
• Maintains high engagement with facility leadership, clinicians, patients and families.
• Provides collaborating physician duties for nurse practitioners and physician assistants to support their clinical roles.
• Audits selected practitioner medical orders and documentation monthly per state/regional rules.
• May assume medical directorships for skilled and/or senior living facilities as needed.
• Identifies growth opportunities with facilities in the market/region.
• Participates in frontline/backup call processes to ensure timely responses to acute changes.
