Levindale, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a PRN Nurse Practitioner to serve geriatric behavioral health patients. The NP will diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive care through comprehensive assessments and treatment planning at Levindale.

Responsibilities include rounding on 20–22 patients daily, new admission assessments, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals with physicians while maintaining compliant medical documentation and participating in education and team

Formación

• Maryland CRNP license required.
• Active DEA registration required.
• CDS license or eligibility required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare needs through patient assessments and treatment planning.
• Rounding on established patients (20-22/day) and assessing new admissions.
• Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, and coordinate referrals with physicians.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Respond to patient concerns and emergencies using established protocols.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring staff and promoting teamwork and patient-centered care.
