Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health and medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will round, assess, and manage mental health needs while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well‑being.

This role emphasizes value‑based care, proactive treatment planning, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, professionalism, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management services in skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Routine patient rounding, evaluation and ongoing management of mental health conditions.
