Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.

You will perform routine patient rounding, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.

Qualifications

Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
Prior professional patient care experience.
Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
Excellent patient-centered communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine patient rounding and psychiatric evaluation.
Manage ongoing mental health conditions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ well-being.
Ensure continuity of care with facility partners and care teams.
Promote a therapeutic environment and proactive care.
