Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our behavioral health team serving adults and seniors in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and coordinate care with clinical staff while maintaining autonomy in practice. The position offers weekday daytime hours and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• PMHNP board certification required.
• Active Florida APRN license or ability to obtain.
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Active NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders in adult and geriatric populations.
• Provide medication management and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with facility staff, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and adjust treatment plans as needed.
