You will conduct routine rounds, evaluate mental health conditions, and adjust care plans while partnering with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Perform routine patient rounding and ongoing mental health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well‑being.
