Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient‑centered service skills, including compassionate communication and active listening.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management services.
