Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers the monthly activity calendar.
• Elicits patient/input into activity planning and keeps activities organized and upbeat.
• Assist with simple nursing procedures and transportation of patients/residents.
• Support MDS/EPIC documentation and follow instructions under supervision.
• Demonstrates leadership to develop and motivate people and manage resources.
