Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in social services or creative activities preferred.
• Experience in geriatrics preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred or training within location.
• Driver's license and driving record may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities and interventions one-on-one and in groups.
• Administer the monthly activity calendar.
• Engage residents and solicit input for activity planning.
• Assist with simple nursing procedures and transportation.
• Document with MDS/EPIC and maintain required competencies.
