Qualifikationen

• Completed state-approved activity training.
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred.

• Fulfill core competencies of licensed position and provide clinical oversight.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate quality activity programs (entertainment, exercise, relaxation, education).
• Make daily rounds to ensure activities team meets patient needs and standards.
• Describe and chart patient progress and behavior.
• Escort patients to activities and visit patients individually when needed.
• Manage within budget and maintain financial controls.
