Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Director of Activities in planning and directing quality activities for patients. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and evaluating quality activity programs, including entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and education.
• Chart patient progress and behavior.
• Escort patients to and from activities.
• Visit patients in their rooms to engage in activities.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and positive attitude toward patients.
• Assist in evacuation of patients.
• Maintain dependable attendance.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Follow safety, rights, and sanitation standards.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
