The Activities Assistant at Life Care Centers of America helps plan, organize, and direct quality activity programs for patients, ensuring recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs are met in line with Life Care standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and preferred experience with geriatrics.

Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to document patient progress are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in current state with satisfactory driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating quality activity programs.
• Chart patient progress and behavior.
• Escort patients to and from activities.
• Maintain patient safety and provide excellent customer service.
