Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate quality activity programs.
• Chart patient progress and behavior descriptively.
• Escort patients to and from activities.
• Visit patients in their rooms when not participating in group activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Support safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures within the department.
• Collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
