ServiceMaster of Charleston is seeking an Area Sales Manager who can connect with people, build trust, and turn relationships into revenue. You’ll work in the field to develop referral partnerships and create new business opportunities across your assigned territory.
You don’t need restoration experience; enthusiasm for people, accountability, and a competitive drive are essential. You’ll be the face of our brand at networking events and community activities, with measurable revenue goals.
Are you the kind of person who can walk into a room full of strangers and leave knowing half of them?
Do you love meeting people, building connections, and turning opportunities into results? Are you naturally competitive, motivated by success, and excited about building something you can call your own?
If so, keep reading.
ServiceMaster of Charleston is looking for an Area Sales Manager who knows how to connect with people, build trust, and turn relationships into revenue.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for opportunities to show up. We want someone who creates them.
Someone with personality, confidence, ambition, and the discipline to follow through.
You don’t need restoration industry experience. We can teach you that.
What we can’t teach is genuine enthusiasm for people, personal accountability, a competitive spirit, and the desire to succeed.
As our Area Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of ServiceMaster of Charleston in your assigned territory.
Your mission is to develop strategic relationships with professionals who encounter property damage situations and need a restoration company they can trust.
You’ll spend most of your time in the field, meeting people, developing referral partnerships, and creating new business opportunities.
We’re looking for a people person with a competitive edge.
Someone who genuinely enjoys conversations, remembers people’s names, makes others feel comfortable, and knows how to build rapport naturally.
But being likable isn’t enough.
You also need ambition, initiative, confidence, and the desire to win.
We believe great performance deserves great opportunities.
You’ll have the tools, support, and training to succeed. What you do with those opportunities is up to you.
Success in this position isn’t measured by how busy you look or how many people you know.
It’s measured by your ability to consistently create opportunities, develop productive relationships, and generate revenue.
We expect our Area Sales Manager to be visible in the community, intentional with their time, disciplined with follow-up, and committed to achieving measurable results.
You’ll be responsible for managing your daily activities, developing your territory, maintaining accurate CRM records, and building a pipeline of business opportunities.
If you enjoy having ownership of your day and being responsible for your success, you’ll love this opportunity.
If you prefer working behind a desk, dislike meeting new people, or need someone constantly telling you what to do next, this probably isn’t the right fit.
This position requires consistency, initiative, resilience, and a willingness to get outside your comfort zone.
Some days you’ll have great conversations. Other days you’ll hear no more often than yes.
The difference between an average salesperson and a great one is what they do next.
We’re looking for someone who keeps showing up, keeps building relationships, and keeps creating opportunities.
When a home or business experiences water, fire, mold, or storm damage, people are often dealing with one of the most stressful situations of their lives.
Our job is to help them recover.
ServiceMaster of Charleston provides professional restoration services to homeowners, businesses, and property managers facing unexpected property damage.
Our team helps customers navigate difficult situations and get their properties and lives back to normal.
As our Area Sales Manager, you’ll play an important role in connecting people with the help they need.
Every relationship you develop has the potential to create business for our company and make a difference for someone experiencing a property emergency.
Pay is $45,000-$87,000
