Job summary

REBUILDING TOGETHER MINNESOTA is seeking a Carver County Project Manager (Construction Projects) to oversee high-quality home repairs for low-income homeowners in Carver County, Minnesota. The role requires commuting to a Chaska office about 3 days a week, with remaining days potentially remote or in a co-working space near University Ave and Highway 280.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating with staff, vendors, and the Carver County Community

Qualifications

• A two-year degree in construction management, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience and certification is a plus.
• Able to work some evenings and weekends.
• Experience with nonprofit or social service agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dedicated annual construction budget and select projects.
• Develop work scopes and construction process plans for homeowner projects.
• Maintain clear communication with applicants and homeowners throughout project.
• Coordinate bids and contracts with subcontractors; manage approvals.
• Ensure project files, closeouts, and reporting are up to date, including Salesforce records.
