SERVPRO of Burnsville/Lakeville is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish, delivering top‑notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include evaluating and selling projects, defining scope, communicating with customers and subcontractors, developing schedules and budgets, and securing permits, with a focus on quality outcomes and flexible, hybrid work in Farmington, MN.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in construction management
• Estimating experience using Xactimate (Required)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• A valid driver’s license
• A high school diploma/GED (required)
• The ability to pass a background check (subject to applicable law)

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and selling reconstruction projects
• Educating customers on the reconstruction process
• Defining and documenting the project scope
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers, clients, and subcontractors
• Reviewing and finalizing project estimates
• Securing necessary permits and approvals
• Developing project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Identifying and managing subcontractors and resource providers
• Negotiating terms and setting clear expectations with customers and clients
