Action Insurance Service - Community Insurance Center seeks an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Account Manager. You will handle home, auto, life, and umbrella accounts with AMS360, perform risk assessments, and quote using ACS and PL Rater tools.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum four years of experience in an independent insurance agency.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and AMS360 cloud environment.
• Familiarity with major carriers and insurance products.
• Current Property & Casualty license required; Life/Health license optional.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer requests via phone, eFax, text, and email for assigned accounts.
• Maintain files in AMS360 and track new business in Excel sheets.
• Process home, auto, life, and umbrella quotes; assess risks with tools like Google Earth.
• Submit claims to carriers and handle billing inquiries.
• Support Personal Lines team with endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Cross-sell and assist with back-office support as needed.
