RESPEC in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead our Geothermal team. You will guide multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who coordinates teams, navigates competing priorities, and drives results across diverse markets and disciplines within our client-focused organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressively responsible consulting, engineering, technical, operational, or project management experience.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, client communications, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience serving as a client interface and delivering projects from initiation through closeout.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across offices and locations.
• Monitor project performance and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, fostering relationships and communication.
• Lead client meetings and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
• Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, billing, and profitability.
• Identify and manage risks, change orders, and contract modifications.
