Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a motivated Project Manager for the Geothermal team in the United States. You will lead multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You’ll collaborate with technical experts, clients, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and strong relationships. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consulting or project management, with experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and risks, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, science, construction management, environmental science, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible consulting, engineering, technical, operational, or project management experience.
• Experience serving as client interface and delivering projects from initiation through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across offices.
• Monitor performance and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact; provide progress updates.
• Lead client meetings and oversee risks, budgets, and next steps.
• Manage financial performance including forecasting and profitability.
• Identify risks, change orders, and contract modifications.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and proposal support.
