Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a motivated Project Manager for its Geothermal team. You will lead multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while fostering strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consulting/engineering/project management, with a proactive leadership style and ability to coordinate across offices and disciplines. Business development and regulatory compliance play a role in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible consulting, engineering, technical, operational, or project management experience.
• Experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client interface experience delivering projects from initiation through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across offices and locations.
• Monitor project performance and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and maintain clear communication.
• Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates on risks and budgets.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, and billing.
• Identify and manage risks, change orders, and contract modifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, contract requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor team members and promote collaborative culture.
• Share best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
