We seek a Geothermal Drilling Engineer to lead diverse projects from exploratory to disposal wells, coordinating with clients and RESPEC engineers to design wells and drilling programs.

The role emphasizes life-cycle management, cost estimation, and on-site supervision with strong emphasis on safety and project execution. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in petroleum, geology, or mining engineering.
• Minimum 15 years drilling engineering experience including casing design and drilling fluids.
• Geothermal drilling program design experience preferred (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle from proposal through successful project execution.
• Prepare and manage AFE and estimates with budgets.
• Drilling program development and well design, supervision on site.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
