The role includes day‑to‑day management, field leadership, and collaboration with Branch Manager and West regional leadership to meet regional and company goals. The position focuses on operational leadership, client development, staff coaching, and ensuring quality of geotechnical and construction services across the Pacific

Qualifications

• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering consulting experience.
• BS degree in civil engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to develop and expand business opportunities with new clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, business development, technical, strategic planning, and financial leadership.
• Coordinate, lead, support, and manage the Geotechnical and Construction Services Teams.
• Lead and support professional growth and staff development; maintain high employee engagement.
• Communicate effectively with Branch Manager and regional leadership to achieve goals.
