Job summary

Wagman is seeking a Geotechnical Skilled Laborer to join our regional team in PA and surrounding Mid-Atlantic locations. This outdoor, safety-focused role involves earth work, drilling, concrete work, welding, and tool operation across various sites.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and construction experience. The position is safety-sensitive with drug testing requirements as part of our Federal Contractor obligations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in earth work, drilling, concrete or welding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry, load, or unload materials.
• Dig with picks, shovels and related equipment.
• Attend daily safety meetings and project discussions.
• Lift lagging boards onto shoring walls and assist shotcrete operations.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment as needed.
• Support welding operations on site.
