Wagman is seeking a Geotechnical Skilled Laborer to support field crews across VA and surrounding states. The role involves outdoor, year-round work on construction sites with exposure to wet, muddy, hot and cold conditions.

Responsibilities include assisting with earthwork, drilling, concrete and small tool operation, and adhering to safety policies. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; AWS welding certification is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• AWS Welding certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Construction experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry, load, or unload materials.
• Dig with picks, shovels, air hammers, jack hammers or other construction related equipment as required.
• Arrive to project site on-time and participate in job discussions and daily safety meetings.
• Lift and place lagging boards onto shoring walls.
• Work with and maintain construction related equipment when needed (grout machines, drilling machines, compressors).
• Work with hoses for all types of machines on the job site.
