Wagman in the Mid-Atlantic region seeks a Geotechnical General Foreman/Field Trainer to lead and mentor field crews on geotechnical projects. This role involves coordinating drilling operations, training crews, and ensuring safety and quality on site.
You will travel regionally, supervise field teams, and work closely with safety and project management to uphold Wagman standards and OSHA compliance.
Position: Geotechnical General Foreman/Field Trainer
Travel: regional travel required in Mid-Atlantic
Salary: $30 - $50 per hour, 75 - 150k
Reporting to the Geotechnical Group operations manager or Project manager the Geotechnical Foreman/Group Leader oversees and trains field employees on each project. This position seeks a strong operator who understands drilling and using micropile/anchor drills and grout plants.
This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
