Job summary

WSB and Associates is seeking a Project Manager, Geotechnical to lead geotechnical projects from planning through completion with autonomy. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The role requires PE licensure in Texas and a strong background in geotechnical engineering, PM best practices, and client communication. Flexible on-site and remote work options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited program (Masters preferred).
• 6+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering and PM experience in AEC.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in TX required.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from planning to closeout with high autonomy.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, plans, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for efficient execution.
• Prepare and review geotechnical data, analyses, reports, and drawings.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with licensure and standards.
• Mentor engineers, field staff, and technicians; support onboarding.
