Job summary

WSB is hiring a Project Manager, Geotechnical to lead geotechnical engineering projects from planning through completion at our Texas offices. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a PE license in Texas, 6+ years in geotechnical PM, and strong QA/QC experience. Onsite work at a WSB office is required up to five days per week, with potential flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years geotechnical engineering and PM experience in AEC.
• TX PE license required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from planning to closeout.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate teams.
• Ensure QA/QC of geotechnical data, reports, and plans.
• Monitor risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Sign and seal documents per licensure requirements when applicable.
• Maintain project records and prepare status updates.
