Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a related degree, and may hold ACI/ICC certifications. A signing bonus up to $15,000 is offered, with travel to local sites and coordination with a national team.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or bachelor's degree required, preferably in architecture, construction, engineering, geology or finance/accounting.
• Experience and/or Training: 5+ years of project management or similar experience.
• Licenses/Certificates: ACI and ICC certifications preferred.
• Technology/Equipment Experience: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, review and supervise field technicians.
• Attend face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients.
• Perform field and laboratory tests on soils, concrete and aggregate materials.
• Prepare reports at various levels depending on scope of services.
• Assign tasks to staff and monitor progress on projects.
• Review observation and test data for accuracy and completeness.
• Work independently on job sites and with project engineers.
• Coordinate with estimators and project team during proposals and set-up.
