Job summary

The role requires a BS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, 2+ years of experience, EIT with PE potential, and proficiency with MS Office and geotechnical software. A signing bonus of up to $5,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Geotechnical engineering or closely related field.
• 2 years minimum professional consulting experience or 2 years with an advanced degree (MS/PhD). Geotechnical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical site observations, construction inspections, and field testing with limited oversight.
• Perform routine lab testing, analysis, and data curation with limited oversight and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare reports and document project data with direction.
• Maintain client communication and build relationships; anticipate and meet client needs.
• Prepare proposals for routine geotechnical and material testing projects with direction.
• Manage small to medium CMT projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Perform engineering analyses under supervision of senior engineers.
• Develop solutions and prepare engineering reports for simple projects.
