You will provide technical leadership, client relationship management, and project oversight for a growing team serving Northern Minnesota communities.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in geotechnical engineering, PE licensure, and a proven track record in business development and mentoring technical staff. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering (MS/PhD desirable).
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting, managing client relationships and developing new business.
• Licensed PE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for multi-disciplinary clients.
• Prepare complex engineering reports with professional opinions and geotechnical solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support marketing strategies.
