Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering; MS preferred.
• 9+ years of experience; PE certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects.
• Develop and execute full project scopes.
• Review engineering work and certify findings.
• Perform analyses using company methods.
• Mentor junior staff and lead teams on site.
