Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• 3+ years of progressive Geotechnical Engineering with active project management experience.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering and related disciplines; capable of practical solutions.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute geotechnical project assignments including field exploration, lab services, engineering analysis, and report prep.
• Prepare proposals and reports; direct operations to meet client commitments.
• Perform site reconnaissance prior to field services.
• Coordinate utility clearance and boring layout before fieldwork.
• Participate in business development and maintain client relationships on technical aspects of assignments.
• Engage with professional and technical organizations.
