Job summary

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to join the York, PA team. The role involves leading geotechnical testing, site observations, reporting, and client communications in the A/E/C industry.

Candidates should have a Civil/Geotechnical engineering background with 3+ years of geotechnical experience and active project management skills. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills are essential.
• 3+ years of progressive Geotechnical Engineering experience with active project management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Execute geotechnical project assignments including field exploration, laboratory services, engineering analysis, and report preparation.
• Prepare proposals and reports and direct operations to meet client commitments.
• Perform Site Reconnaissance and coordinate utility clearance and boring layout.
• Participate in business development and maintain client relationships related to technical assignments.
