Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a highly experienced engineer to lead the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, and plans for diverse infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with the project manager to research, develop, and deliver solutions that meet schedule and budget requirements.

The role involves mentoring junior staff, coordinating with clients and partners, and contributing to successful project delivery across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience or
• Master’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience or
• PhD in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work while monitoring schedule and budget
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within the discipline
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of the project team’s work and mentor the team
• Coordinate technical aspects of the project with client counterparts and partners
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned
