Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a senior-level engineer to lead the design and delivery of major infrastructure projects. You will supervise technical tasks, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients and partners to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.

This role expects broad engineering expertise and strong communication across disciplines. Qualified candidates hold an engineering degree with substantial experience (bachelor’s, master’s or PhD) and proficiency in geotechnical analysis

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years' relevant experience or a master's degree with 7+ years' experience or a PhD with 6+ years' experience.
Demonstrates strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines and leading complex projects.
Experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Apply senior technical expertise to evaluate broad engineering solutions and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Lead scope, work distribution, and budget adherence on complex projects within discipline.
Coordinate with clients and teaming partners to ensure successful project delivery.
