Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree in Engineering preferred; PhD in Engineering acceptable with relevant experience.
• Strong discipline coordination and ability to guide multi‑discipline teams.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality deliverables on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline‑specific work, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and effort estimates for projects; oversee team output for quality and completeness.
• Coordinate technical work with clients and teaming partners at staff level; work with other disciplines on multi‑discipline projects.
