Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a senior engineer to lead planning and design activities for diverse infrastructure projects across multiple states. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients and partners, and deliver high-quality engineering work within schedule and budget.

The role requires strong technical leadership, ability to develop scopes of work, and collaboration across disciplines to meet project objectives. Visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Planning and distribution of discipline-specific work, and adherence to schedule and budget on projects.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Assist with development of scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work within the technical discipline; mentor team.
• Coordinate technical aspects of project with client counterpart and teaming partners.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
