Responsibilities

• Uses senior-level technical expertise to consider broad range of engineering solutions.
• Leads planning, work distribution, leadership and budget adherence on complex projects.
• Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develops scope of work and level of effort while managing adherence to scope and budget.
• Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team’s work within the discipline.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to team members to achieve objectives.
• Coordinates technical aspects with clients and partners for cross-discipline work.
• Leads discipline delivery on larger multi-disciplinary projects.
• Coordinates schedules and distribution of work for other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
