Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience, or
• PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work while meeting schedule and budget.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work and mentor staff.
• Coordinate technical aspects with client counterpart and teaming partners across disciplines.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
