Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages section operating budget and forecasts.
• Leads and develops staff; coordinates section activities and priorities.
• Supports SSA process and project pursuit strategies.
• Oversees contracting processes, scope, work plans and fee reviews.
• Drives project delivery, planning, scheduling and quality.
• Supports marketing, client discovery and proposal efforts.
• Maintains client relationships and drives staff recruitment and retention.
• Manages project scope, schedule, budget and quality across multiple projects.
