Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of practical experience, including 2 years of leadership experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• PE and PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geotechnical section of 5–10+ employees with direct and indirect supervision.
• Develop, monitor, and manage the section's operating budget and forecasting updates.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain section staff; mentor and train staff.
• Collaborate with other Sections and Departments on work-sharing opportunities.
• Support strategic planning, contracting, and project delivery processes to ensure quality and on-time results.
