Qualifications

• 20+ years’ experience as a Geotechnical Engineer.
• Experience leading projects and teams across geographies.
• Proven operations leadership in a technical consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience developing practice-level business plans and achieving outcomes.
• Proven people management across a wide area to engage and retain teams.
• Strong business development, client management and multi-disciplinary bid execution skills.
• Excellent ability to understand client needs and oversee teams to meet them.
• Outstanding communication capabilities, conveying vision and strategic intent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Geotechnical Engineering practice with authenticity, purpose, and vigour.
• Drive growth in line with market trends and opportunities; manage resourcing for growth.
• Achieve KPIs across financial metrics and manage backlog and risk.
• Provide leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and promote collaboration.
• Engage with clients to drive brand awareness, business development, and market share.
• Maintain portfolio health and ensure high-risk management within the practice.
